A Conversation with my Students

In this blog, A conversation with my students, the teacher tells the students that he wants the students to go to college, graduate and get great jobs. The most important thing he want them to do is be a great person in this world. He want them to be great parents, children, and spouse. He tells them we wants them to be independent and do things for themselves. He doesn't want them to sit back and let another person do the work for them.

He also wants them to take Precalculus and Trigonometry very serious because they are going to have to use those skills they learned in that class in every day life. They need the skills in order to progress to more complex topics.

The article is very true. Teachers should teach the students the basic things they should learn in class, but they should also teach them how to surive in the real world. How to budget your money, how to find a job, and etc...

Stop the Bullying Now!!!!

A bully is someone who picks on another person because they are shorter, smaller, low self, and no confidence. Bullying is a very big deal because it can lead to someone getting hurt very badly. The other student will eventually get tired of the bully and retailate more aggressively. I found 2 websites that can help students prevent bullying and why are there bullies in the world. The first website is (http://www.lfcc.on.ca/bully.htm). It tells what are bullies, why are theit bullies, who are their prey, and what can be prevented from being bullied. A lot of teahers should tell students about bullying and let the students know its ok to tell someone if they are being bullied. This second website is (http://www.ncpc.org/topics/bullying). It give parents tips to do if their child is being bullied or if the child is bullying someone else

Web 2.0 Tools

This is an example

I used the Web 2.0 Tool, Create a Chart, to teach my students to balance out their exercises. This will keep their body sturctured balanced and no other body mass will be bigger than the other
