I used the Web 2.0 Tool, Create a Chart, to teach my students to balance out their exercises. This will keep their body sturctured balanced and no other body mass will be bigger than the other
Howard, are you planning to be a coach? I noticed some of your blog posts were about nutrition and exercises. There's a useful Web 2.0 tool you might could use sometime. It's called FitDay, and is an online way for an individual to track their diet and exercise and other health things. It's pretty good about estimating the calories of different food portions automatically, and showing how many calories you need for a day, how much you're taking in based on what you ate, and what you need to do to lose or gain weight. http://www.fitday.com/ Prevention Magazine has it also, run by the same thing. http://www.prevention.com/cda/healthtracker.do
Howard with a background in Physical Education I also think that it is good to show students how to balance exercise. However the most important balance taught should include their diets or what they eat on a regular basis.
